Can you put all this stuff in the each forum place? (not the gogle docs links, i mean the original text and images)

Punky you mean like have a topic for each individual google doc with all the content of it?

put each image, document, etc in it's own section

The number of subforums is unwieldy. With the low number of people there can't be more than ~10 active discussions going on. Maybe reduce it to a single subforum, one topic for each of Music, Graphics etc?

I think it's fine. It's easy to go through, it's not overly annoying. I'm inclined to leave it be. As a wise man once said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
